Our trip to Jasper, Alberta.

Last weekend we decided to take a trip to Jasper, Alberta. We only live 45 minutes away and it's a gorgeous drive on those perfect blue sky days!. Okay semi perfect, it was a little cloudy with a cool wind chill, but that's okay since it made for nice pictures!.

Usually no matter what you always see sheep, elk, and deer, maybe a moose, and if you're lucky you can see bears. We've been to Jasper countless times to go white water rafting, go on the big tramway, dinner dates, fishing, and other random dates. This time we were able to bring the girls for the first time!

They LOVED walking around the little town filled with gift shops and fancy things(...fancy...and expensive.) They loved sitting by the big bear...only because it was in front of the candy store, which is filled with goodies like fudge, ice cream, flavored popcorn, special chocolatey nutty treats!
Caylee got a bag of assorted flavored popcorn, she carried it around everywhere in a little bag, every time we would stop at a store she would put it down, open it, and eat it. For a 3 year old who didn't touch anything made this trip way easy!

Our favorite place EVER is Jasper Pizza, they make amazing BBQ chicken pizza. (as pictured above). EVERY TIME we go to Jasper, we ALWAYS get this pizza. The girls demolished it!The next place we want to try has elk meat! Which sounds like our heaven. On our way out we seen Elk cross the river, as well as sheep climb up a steep mountain side.

Jasper has so much to offer, they have white water rafting, trail hikes up in the mountains which surround the town, lakes and rivers to fish. There's a tram way which takes you way up on the mountain where you can have a lovely meal above the clouds. The scenery is beautiful, and always such a bonus seeing animals. Close by they have Miette hot springs up in the mountains! We've been there a few times and it's such a relaxing experience. Plus they have yogurt ice cream ;).

If you're in the Alberta, Canada area, I highly recommend checking out Jasper!! You do have to pay a park pass to get in, which is defiantly worth it!.

I was not compensated for this post, everything is my opinion and words. I just wanted to share our family adventure =)
